How quickly can we get started?

Very quickly. Once we confirm what you want automated and what systems you currently use, we can move into build mode fast.

How long does onboarding and go-live take?

It depends on the scope, but we aim to move fast.

For our AI Phone Assistant, the biggest wait time can be shipping a Wi-Fi enabled receipt printer via AusPost (if a compatible printer is not part of your set up). We typically deploy everything else while the printer is on the way, then test the printer last once it arrives.

What do you need from us to start?

Usually:

  • A quick overview of your current workflow (what happens now).
  • Access to any systems we're integrating with (or an exported example).
  • You're preferences for how you want the AI or automation to behave (tone, rules, do's/don'ts).
  • A short testing and approval process before go-live.

We keep it simple and guide you through it.

How does pricing work?

We charge weekly by card and GST is included. Subscription model.

A setup fee may apply depending on scope of work. After that, your weekly fee covers usage and ongoing support.

Are third-party usage costs extra?

No, third-party usage costs are included in your weekly flat fee subscription, so you don't get surprised by extra bills.

What ongoing support do you provide?

We provide ongoing support through email and a support phone number. You're not left hanging after launch. We're there to help with updates, improvements and troubleshooting.

How do you handle changes after we go -live?

Most businesses evolve, so we make it easy to request changes. If you want to add features, adjust the workflow or expand what's being automated, we'll review the request and confirm the scope and any impact before we proceed.

Will the AI say something incorrect?

AI can make mistakes, which is why we build with guardrails, clear rules and testing. We also recommend a proper testing phase before launch to make sure the automation behaves as expected in your business environment.

Is our data safe?

We take privacy and security seriously. We use appropriate safeguards, limit access to what's required and design systems to reduce unnecessary exposure of sensitive information. If your business has specific compliance requirements, we'll align the solution to suit.

What happens if we cancel?

If you cancel, you'll still have access for 28 days after cancellation to allow for a smooth transition. During any notice period and off boarding, the service continues as agreed so nothing drops off suddenly.

Do you keep improving the system over time?

Yes, ongoing improvement is part of the value. We continuously refine performance, strengthen safeguards and enhance the automation based on real world use, feedback and what's working best for your customers.
